Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some items may come from one of our other locations, so we may have to either wait a day for it to arrive before we ship it out, or we may ship it in a separate package. We strive to ship all orders as fast as we can, so you will have your purchase as soon as possible.

Local delivery
Free local delivery on St Simons and Sea Island is available. Just Call the store at (912) 638-3470 for assistance. Our Staff will work with you and let you know a time frame.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at :

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 Am-5:30 pm on Monday- Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@cloistercollection.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
